Carbon steel screws

The carbon steel screws are made of 1022 low carbon steel and are case hardened by carburisation process. Carbon steel is a popular material for fasteners due to its good tensile strength and ability to bear loads. It can be heat-treated, easily modifying it’s mechanical properties. It is easy to machine and can meet the tight tolerances required in fastener construction. All the screws are protected against corrosion. Available coatings are zinc, zinc-nickel, Magni, Ruspert, E-coating.
